Veg Manchurian Fried Rice Recipe


Ingredients for the Dish:

• Cabbage finely chopped 1/3 cup
• Carrot finely chopped 1/3 cup
• Capsicum chopped 1/3 cup
• Bean sprouts 1/3 cup
• Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
• Vinegar 2 tablespoon
• Rice cooked 3 cups
• Black pepper powder for taste
• Refined flour 1 cup
• Red chilli sauce 2 tablespoons
• Oil 1tablespoon for deep- frying
• Chopped Garlic
• Ginger finely chopped 
• Green chillies finely chopped 2
• Onion finely chopped 
• Small piece of cabbage 1/3 cup
• Capsicum cut into thin slices 1/4 cup
• Coriander 
• Spring onion 
• Salt to taste

Method for the Dish

Step 1 - 
Now for prepare Manchurian balls we need to add finely chopped cabbage, Capsicum finely chopped, 1/3 cup bean sprouts, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, black pepper powder, refined flour, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce and mix these all ingredients in a bowl. Also add some water and knead well.

Step 2-
Now heat oil in a pan.

Step 3-
Divide the mixture in equal portion and make small balls.


Step 4- 
Deep fry each ball in hot oil on low heat and make them golden brown and crispy.

Step 5- 
Now for prepare Manchurian rice we need to heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-sticky pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion and sautè for a minute.

Step 6-
Add remaining 1/3 cup bean sprouts, small piece of cabbage, thin slices of Capsicum, remaining soy sauce, remaining vinegar, remaining red chilli sauce, black pepper powder and mix. Add fried Manchurian ball and 1/2 cup water mix it and cook for a minute. Now add salt according to taste and mix it.

Step 7-
Add cooked rice and also spread o top of Manchurian  balls mixture and cook for a minute and mix well. Also add spring onion to the pan. Switch off heat and mix well.

Step 8-
Serve hot topped with coriander sprigs.
