Ingredients for the Recipe:
• Peeled potatoes and cut into fingers shape.
• Olive oil 1 tbsp
• Tomato puree 3 cup
• Tomato sauce
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Dry ginger powder 1 teaspoon
• Honey 1/3 cup
• Black salt
• Salt to taste
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method for the Dish
Step 1-
Boiled water in a non-stick pan. Add potatoes fingers and salt and cook till potatoe fingers are almost done. Strain.
Step 2-
Freeze the boiled the boiled potato fingers for 25 minutes and after that transfer into a zip lock bag and again freeze for 3 hours.
Step 3-
To prepare tomato sauce
Heat tomato puree in another non- stick pan. Add honey, chilli powder, black salt, dry ginger powder and mix and cook on low heat till the mixture reduces and got thick.
Step 4-
Pre heat air- fryer upto 180°c.
Add olive oil to frozen potato fingers and mix well. Transfer into the air -fryer basket.
Step 5-
Put the basket into the pre heated air- fryer and air cook for 15 minute.
Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chilli sauce.
